Collect & Return Service Across The U.K

  How The Process Works

1.  We will call to arrange a day for collection of your computer/Laptop. This will have to be packed 

        securely and also have your contact details.
        Our courier will collect from you at no extra cost to you.

2.  In the next 3-4 working days the computer will be received and diagnosed
        by one of our engineers using  specialized diagnostic software.
         This is a bit like a computer MOT.

3. If it is software problem we will clean up the PC's system but no data is lost.
        If the hard drive is corrupt we will still try to recover the data (success rate is 80%)
        You will be informed a.s.a.p of the option before any irreversible action is taken.

4.  If it is hardware problem we will inform you of this and we will replace it for you after
        telephone /email consultation,The typical compatible part will cost around max £20-£25
        unless you want to upgrade it and then only our cost price will be asked from you.
        All standard parts are in stock and we will complete your repair within 4-5 days but
        if the part is not in stock or you want a special upgrade then the return time will be
        longer.Usually no additional labour charges are added. The replaced part will be
        either shipped back to you or disposed as per your instructions.

5.  Your computer will be returned to you fully serviced & complete with security
        protection such as tested anti virus & firewall. & returned to you at no extra cost.

6. If you live in the Carlisle area you can drop and collect and pay on collection for
        the repair

 IF NO REPAIR IS POSSIBLE & YOU DON'T LIVE IN THE CARLISLE
 AREA THEN WE WILL NOT CHARGE YOU FOR ANY WORK WE HAVE
 DONE,BUT THEIR WILL BE A £17 CHARGE FOR THE POSTAGE SERVICE.
 BUT THIS IS NOT SOMETHING THAT HAPPENS VERY OFTEN.
 Because no matter what your computer problem is,
  The chances are we'll repair it.
